Order and terms of delivery
Online store in general
The online store products are sold by Divine Scandic OÜ, reg. code 14839261. We sell products to individuals and businesses. We reserve the right to change any price and postage fees.
Choose the right products. Add the products you want to the cart.
To place an order, first click on the “Submit Order” link in the shopping cart.
Fill in the required fields on the order form page if you have a Voucer or a promotional code in the field shown. Choose the delivery method and payment method that suits you and click on the “Confirm Order” link.
Fill in the fields on the Data and Order Confirmation page carefully, as the accuracy and accuracy of the information provided will depend on the prompt and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and the subsequent resolution of disputes and claims.
Orders placed in the online shop are processed on weekdays (Mon-Fri 9 am-5pm). If the order is placed on Friday after 2pm, the order will be placed on the following Monday.
Once the order is registered in our system, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email, with the following information:
- Order date
- Order number
- Delivery method
- Ordered products
One can check the content of the order via the user account on our web pages.
All orders should be paid for in advance. Invoicing and product prices in Euros.
The Divine Scandic Online Store uses the payment services offered by Maksekeskus AS to receive payments.
One cannot make changes to the order after the order has been paid. After payment, the order shall be forwarded for immediate processing. Due to the speed of the delivery process, the order cannot be changed afterwards.
We endeavour to send the ordered products by the next business day at the latest. Depending on the delivery method, shipping usually takes 1-3 days.
Products are usually available to the customer within 2 to 5 business days. We shall inform the customer by e-mail about irregular delivery times.
Delivery method and delivery costs
All orders will be delivered using Pakipoint OÜ services. We deliver our products to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. The amount of delivery costs can be checked on the shopping cart page before ordering.
We reserve the right to send the parcels exceeding the maximum dimensions of automated parcel terminal, letter and small parcel to the Post office customer service.
Right to return
Any customer has a 14 day exchange and return right pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act. The right to return applies only to unused and merchantable goods in the original package.
Before return, the customer should always make a written return notice by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . The order number should always be indicated in the return notice.
If the return is due to defect or incorrect product, Divine Scandic shall be responsible for any return costs.
If the delivered products are correct and proper, the customer shall be responsible for the return costs unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the return. The refund will take place within 10 days of the goods being received by us.
The customer is responsible for packaging the customer´s return.
If the customer does not cancel the order before delivery and the package remains unretrieved, we will charge EUR 15.00 for the actual costs incurred by the unretrieved package.
Return the product always in its original package. The package is product-specific and includes descriptive images/texts/manuals for the product and protects fragile products. The original package does not refer to any transport package that is not specific to the product; it is only intended to protect the product during transport.
If any product package or product is not merchantable due to the customer’s activities, we reserve the right not to refund the full price of the product (depreciation 0 to 100%).
We shall not take returns for more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is accepted, money shall be refunded to the customer using the same payment method as the order was paid for when ordering.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer should immediately report the error to email@example.com. A notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the package is damaged during transport, the carrier should be filed with an immediate complaint (Posti).
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer should check with the terms of delivery in advance. Divine Scandic OÜ handles all customer information in complete confidence.
These terms of delivery are valid from 1st November 2019 until further notice.
