Order and terms of delivery

Online store in general

The online store products are sold by Divine Scandic Oy, reg. code 2907494-3. We sell products to adult individuals and businesses to Finland. The product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change any price and postage fees.


Products are usually ordered via Internet at www.divine-scandic.eu using the online shopping cart. All orders shall be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, one should include the e-mail address when ordering. The customer shall agree to the terms of delivery in force for each order.

Order confirmation

Once the order is registered in our system, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email, with the following information:

  • Order date
  • Order number
  • Delivery method
  • Ordered products

One can check the content of the order via the user account on our web pages.

Order charge

All orders should be paid for in advance.
The Divine Scandic Online Store uses the payment services offered by PayPal ja Stripe to receive payments.

Order changes

One cannot make changes to the order after the order has been paid. After payment, the order shall be forwarded for immediate processing. Due to the speed of the delivery process, the order cannot be changed afterwards.

Delivery time

We endeavour to send the ordered products by the next business day at the latest. Depending on the delivery method, shipping usually takes 1-3 days.

Products are usually available to the customer within 2 to 5 business days. We shall inform the customer by e-mail about irregular delivery times.

Delivery method and delivery costs

All orders will be delivered using Finlands Posti’s services. The amount of delivery costs can be checked on the shopping cart page before ordering.

We reserve the right to send the parcels exceeding the maximum dimensions of automated parcel terminal, letter and small parcel to the Posti´s customer service.

Right to return

Any customer has a 14 day exchange and return right pursuant to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return applies only to unused and merchantable goods in the original package.
Before return, the customer should always make a written return notice by e-mail at sales@divine-scandic.eu . The order number should always be indicated in the return notice.

If the return is due to defect or incorrect product, Divine Scandic shall be responsible for any return costs.
If the delivered products are correct and proper, the customer shall be responsible for the return costs unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the return.

The customer is responsible for packaging the customer´s return.

Unretrieved packages

If the customer does not cancel the order before delivery and the package remains unretrieved, we will charge EUR 15.00 for the actual costs incurred by the unretrieved package.


Return the product always in its original package. The package is product-specific and includes descriptive images/texts/manuals for the product and protects fragile products. The original package does not refer to any transport package that is not specific to the product; it is only intended to protect the product during transport.
If any product package or product is not merchantable due to the customer’s activities, we reserve the right not to refund the full price of the product (depreciation 0 to 100%).

We shall not take returns for more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is accepted, money shall be refunded to the customer using the same payment method as the order was paid for when ordering.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the customer should immediately report the error to sales@divine-scandic.eu or by post: Divine Scandic, Pakkalanrinne 7A6, 01510 Vantaa. A notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the package is damaged during transport, the carrier should be filed with an immediate complaint (Posti).


We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer should check with the terms of delivery in advance. Divine Scandic Oy handles all customer information in complete confidence.


These terms of delivery are valid from 1st November 2017 until further notice.
